The actual number of caretakers this year varies by day, but we seem to have maxed out at 7. There are the officials ... me, Denny Brown, Gary and Kiki Dotzler (sp?). Ira Jackson joined the crew late in the game. There's Shayn Estes, the semi-impermanent guest and private ski instructor. And lastly is our very own billy barr, according to whom this is the most people we've had living up here in the winter that he can remember going as far back as the mid-1700's.

By the way that's Venus up there in the sky.
